Volunteer With CAS
CAS Organization and Development, based in Milton, Ontario, is dedicated to providing life-changing services such as safe housing, business mentorship, tutoring, and legal/immigration support. Join us in making a real difference!
Current Volunteer Opportunities
We are seeking volunteers for the following roles:
Administrative Support Volunteer:
Assist with data entry, scheduling, and email inquiries. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are required.
Tutoring & Homework Support (Grades 1–12):
Support newcomer students in English, Math, French, and Science. Teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
Legal Aid & Immigration Support Assistant:
Help clients with form filling, referrals, and document translation (Arabic preferred). Background in law or social services is an asset.
Business Mentor (Women Entrepreneurs):
Guide aspiring entrepreneurs with business plans, marketing, and sales. Business experience, especially with small enterprises, is essential.
More Ways to Contribute
Social Media & Communications Volunteer:
Manage social media content, promote events, and highlight success stories. Skills in social media management, design tools, and content writing are required.
Event Planning & Community Engagement Volunteer:
Plan cultural celebrations, kids’ events, and workshops. Event coordination, hospitality, and organizational skills are essential.
CAS Store Assistant:
Support the daily operations of our non-profit store by sorting items, assisting customers, and managing donations. Retail or customer service experience is helpful.
Shelter Support Volunteer (Confidential):
Assist our safe house with supplies, workshop support, and mealtimes. Must be trauma-informed and respect confidentiality. Background in crisis support or social work is preferred.
